Join myself and sound healer Summer of The White Feather for a blissful evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at our Tea Ceremony + Sound Bath event! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while sipping on delicious tea. Let go of stress and tension as you experience the harmonious blend of sound healing and tea rituals. Mark your calendars and treat yourself to a unique experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Participants will sit in the presence of medicinal plants and engage with their senses. While sipping on 3 different herbal teas, you will be guided with prompts and immersed in the healing tones of a sound bath. Guests will also learn about the powerful effects the plants have on our mind, body, and spirit. Participants will leave feeling nourished, informed, and connected more to themself and/or Nature.
No experience is necessary.
Must book by 9pm Saturday March 23 due to tea preparations. Please consult with your Dr. if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, are on medications, or have a medical condition.
Event Flow :: *All Teas are Organic and Caffeine-Free*-
- Intro and Grounding Meditation with Sound
- Sound Bath and Guided Tea Experience with 3 different herbal teas along with mindfulness and education about each plant.
