In honor of Valentine’s Day, join me and sound healer Allison Bagg for an evening of self-love and care through the portals of our hearts. Participants will sit in the presence of medicinal plants and engage with their senses. While sipping on 3 different heart centered teas, you will be guided with prompts and immersed in the healing tones of a sound bath. Guests will also learn about the powerful effects the plants have on our mind, body, & spirit. After being guided & educated you will create your own tea blends to enjoy in the comfort of your home. Guests will leave feeling nourished, informed, & connected more to themself &/or nature.
This is a unique experience for couples, singles, or whoever you would like to share the experience with! Participants will also enjoy some local organic and vegan Rose & Cacao chocolates by Cavi Kitchen, take home seed paper, and more in addition to their created tea blends. The perfect beginning for your Valentine week!
Price includes all necessary supplies. No experience is necessary. Must book by 9pm Friday February 10 due to tea preparations. Participants will not be sitting the whole time.
