‘Steeping Sessions’ is a monthly Virtual Tea Ceremony experience that will meet via Zoom on the 3rd Tuesday of every month starting in January and ending in June. Each session will be approximately 1hr-1hr & 30 minutes (5pm-6:30pm PST) depending on shares, questions & curiosities.
In this experience you will learn about 18 herbs (3 per session) and the powerful effects they have on our mind, body, & spirit. You will be guided through the experience and be informed on some of the magical medicine that each plant provides. You will be connecting with yourself, as well as the plants. You can expect guided meditations, foundational education, relaxation, and exploration.
There are 3 different ways to participate. Those who purchase the Deluxe or Standard Session will receive three different organic herbs each month that are ideally made as overnight infusions before the Zoom as we will be drinking the different teas together in the class. View overnight infusion directions here. For those who choose the Basic Drop-In Session, you will be responsible to purchase the necessary herbs used for each class or have them in stock at home. You will need 3-4 Tablespoons of each herb. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions regarding the information above.
All herbs are organic and free of caffeine. Any suggested exercises or assignments are optional as this is not a certification course. Each class will be recorded for those who are unable to attend any live sessions.
